An icon is a doorway to the world of the eternal.  By simply gazing upon the sacred image icons can draw us into wordless prayer.  This window to God helps us enter into profound stillness, which brings peace and serenity to our being.  The icon is “written” (painted) from dark to light so that we might glimpse the transformation which we ourselves desire.  The light within the icon is spiritual light.  It is the light of divinity within – grace incarnate.
 
The icons are created using acrylic paint on boards and the sizes range from about 8”x10” to 16”x 20”.  Prices are approximately $100 - $600.
